The Rose Stoudt Difference:  Transformative Therapies
Einstein’s Quantum Entanglement essentially states that "two particles are inextricably linked and may affect each other even if they are far apart.  Two particles can remain connected across vast distances of space and time."  Physicists since the 1930s have proven this to be true.

Can you read my mind during remote sessions?
I cannot read minds in any situation. Similar to other people when in a relationship with another person, I can pick up certain verbal, emotional, and physical clues -- whatever that relationship is -- but I cannot personally read minds, and I have no desire to do that.
QUESTIONS & CONCERNS?
Can you harm me during remote sessions?
My goal is to assist in your healing process. My nature is do no harm, and I am only here to be of service to others. Sometimes, although not common, someone may experience a healing reaction in their body where they get worse before they get better. I encourage clients to call me if you feel a reaction to the work so we can discuss what is going on.

During the Covid Pandemic (2019-2023), people still needed body work and pain treatment. My clients still needed their Bio Dynamic Craniosacral Therapy sessions.
Rose on "Remote Therapy"
So, like other therapists unable to "see" clients in a clinical office space, I began working in the field of remote or distant therapy. I used the telephone, Facetime, Skype, Zoom and other electronic platforms. Read further for details of my journey, but I can happily say now that most of my clients report equal to better results from Remote Treatment as In-Person.
Beneficially, I can work with clients anywhere in the world -- from the comfort of your own home, car or office, the beach, or even a hospital room. If you can be warm and relaxed, your location is viable -- as long as you won't be distracted by other people, animals, nature, weather, electronics, noises, or temperature.
I work with clients from nearby cities, far-away states and across oceans. If you cannot make it into my Seattle office because of weather, injuries or sickness, consider a remote session. Distance is not an issue.

How can remote work be possible?

remote therapy
Remote therapy is when you virtully meet with your therapist. It is great for people in remote areas or who cannot go to an office.
Some of us have a healthy skepticism about working on the body remotely. I, too, had reservations until I began conducting practice sessions on willing family and friends. To our astonishment, the results were impressive. In fact, healing results were notable enough that I expanded the practice to others willing to try this innovative treatment method. After many months of numerous weekly sessions with good results, I decided to offer the work to paying clientele.
Yet we don’t know what space is, or from what it's made, or why consciousness is instantaneous across space -- we just know that it is. Physics tells us that particles communicate with each other and that the flow of information between particles is faster than the speed of light.
This is why humans can share thoughts and feelings at the same time. How many occasions have you contacted a friend or family member and find them -- at just that moment -- thinking about you?
So how does it work?
Essentially, it's about connectedness. We know through astronomy, using science and math, that everything in the universe is connected. For thousands of years, our indigenous peoples and mystics have known this. They teach that we are all intricately interconnected -- to ourselves, to each other, and to the universe. Today, their belief is joined by academics: cognitive neurologists, physicists, and researchers working on heart and electromagnetism.

Though we know everything in the universe is connected, we can only speculate about space. Space can bend light, ripple and expand.
So does it work better than in person?
Some clients report that the Remote Sessions take them to a new and deeper level of healing in their bodies. They also claim more well-being in mind and emotions. Why this may be I'm still discovering, but I'd say the main difference is "freedom" from the density of working through soft  tissue. For me, Remote work feels like healing can more easily occur without all the density. It is clearer and smoother. I can still feel where the healing is happening, but without the density, if you will.
So what is involved in remote treatment?
For me, remote treatment sessions are not a lot different than in-office treatments. Both require that I deeply ground myself, that I focus my intent on the body and my relationship with the client. Whether in person or connected electronically, I use the same "field" that surrounds us all -- me and my client, wherever we each may be. The field with which I work is literally everywhere. To effectively use this field requires all my training, years of practice and, more crucially, a tremendous amount of personal development.
What do I need to do to receive a remote session?
About 20 minutes before your appointed time, get comfortable on your bed, recliner, wheelchair, or wherever it is that you are free from distractions and can be fully relaxed. The session will be more effective if there are no distractions from people, animals, weather, climate, noises, and sometimes light(s), as much as possible. Cover yourself, as needed, so that you are warm and comfortable. Close the windows if there is any chance something could distract you.

Most people receive the work lying in bed on their back or side. Whatever works best for you. The goal is to have your body fully relaxed and able to concentrate exclusively on receiving the work.

In order for us to hear each other and communicate easily and clearly, it is best to have the phone or laptop microphone and speaker near your head. Stacking pillows next to your head, or maybe on the table next to your head -- whatever allows you and me to communicate without distraction -- works the best.
During the session, it's best to be as open as you can be and in an allowing state of mind  so you can observe what is happening in your body as much as you are able.  Attempting to direct energy in your body during a session is not encouraged as it actually interferes with this kind of healing. We want to be as passive as we are able to and allow our bodies to do the healing. The body knows what is needed to heal, if we can allow ourselves -- to the best of our ability -- to do that.  When we and the practitioner can "get out of the way," the body will heal. The more we get out of the way of the healing, the better.

Allow yourself to relax and sense your arms and legs as much as possible and then focus on your belly button area.  Beas present in your body as much as possible. I have observed, and clients have reported, when they take the needed amount of time before the session to relax and center, they get more out of the session.

Take advantage of this time prior to the session and think of it as your time for self care or in place of the travel time to get to your session if resistance to settling is uncomfortable.
